We worked with her for a considerable time, on and off, looking for a new home. For a good part of that time I'm not sure that we knew what we even wanted, but Tracey kept on listening until we found the real essence of what we were looking for. When we found it, she helped us through the whole process both effectively, and with a lot of fun along the way. We had our ups and downs, like any buyer/seller in this market, but through the whole thing Tracey has been a real pleasure to work with and know.

She never got frustrated, always had great suggestions - that slowly but surely helped us narrow our choices ;) - and in today's highly competitive market we're positive we wouldn't have gotten our house without her determination and connections with other agents and brokers in the area. (Full disclosure: We were working with another agent, eavesdropped on Tracey doing her thing at an open house we attended and left saying wait, wait, wait, THAT is exactly what OUR agent should be doing for us! Tracey found exactly what we needed, and the perfect location. Tracey worked with us to solve all the financial problems we might encounter. She gave us unending time to make both buying and selling possible, even spending 2 hours with a home inspector to alleviate any concerns about the unit new were interested in. Tracey never rushed us into any decision. It was a real pleasure having Tracey as our agent. She's a real professional and went out of her way to make us comfortable with the process.
